We can accept orders to all states in the U.S and Canada. All orders will be shipped from Portland, Oregon via US Postal Service with applicable customs/duty charges (for Canada) applied. We are happy to discuss shipping timelines and other questions with our customers. Email us at info@creatingquietspaces.com with your phone number and we will call you back at a convenient time to answer your questions.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made in US funds. We accept all major credit cards via PayPal, money orders and checks. Checks must clear before we release shipment.

SHIPMENT
Unless otherwise specified, in-stock items ship from Portland, OR within 3 business days via US Postal Service as we have found that to be the least expensive shipping method in most cases. Some larger items that will be specified in the shopping cart may require shipment by another carrier. Because many of our items are made by artists they may have to be ordered and may take up to several weeks. You will be notified as soon as possible by email or phone if that is to be the situation.

GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
Creating Quiet Spaces wants you to be satisfied with the quality of everything we sell. If within 5 days of receiving your order you contact us at 888-212-7705 or by email, info@creatingquietspaces.com, we will issue a Return Authorization number. You can then return the product in the same condition we shipped it, along with the Invoice, and we will promptly refund your full purchase price. Shipping and customized merchandise are non-refundable.

If an item is defective or if the order was filled incorrectly, contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will gladly send you a prepaid return label and we will fill the order properly as soon as possible.

SECURITY INFORMATION
Your security in all transactions with our website is of utmost importance to us. Your sensitive payment and contact information is protected as it moves from your browser to Securenetshop’s servers with 128 Bit SSL Encryption, certified through Thawte, Inc. Additional security procedures are implemented to safeguard data that is stored in their database through “ControlScan” which performs over 10,000 vulnerability tests on the servers each week. Credit card numbers are not stored in the database.

For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, but not the email address. The information is used for internal review as a way to track the number of visitors and make improvements to our website. No other information is collected without your consent.

We may use your phone number or email address to be in communication with you about your order only. If you “opt-in” to allow us to save your email address, we will use it occasionally to notify you of special events, only. We do not give away, rent or sell our mailing list.
